dc.description.abstract | A comparative study of performances of self compacting concrete (SCC) with fly ash and limestone filler was conducted. The experimental program included the production of reference SCC designed with Portland cement, river sand and limestone filler and four experimental self compacting concretes with different types of fine aggregates, fillers and special additive to increase freeze-thaw resistance. The effects that different sand and additions have on the properties of fresh SCC (slump-flow test, V-funnel test, and L-box test) and compressive strengths in early ages (3 and 7 days) were investigated and discussed. | sr |
