Aspekti građevinske fizike pri nadgradnji

Abstract

Poslednji spratovi - Penthaus - u svetu predstavljaju eksluzivne lokacije što se kod nas nekako izmiče kontroli i često se svodi na nešto što bi se pre moglo okarakterisati kao prinudni smeštaj. Na ovaj način se uništava prirodno bogatstvo i dugoročno zamrzava dobijanje odličnih rešenja. Imidž poslednjeg sprata treba stvoriti i to je moguće. Jugoslovenska regulativa vezana za građevinsku fiziku, termiku i akustiku, na isti način tretira svaku novu izgradnju, nadgradnju i rekonstrukciju. Sama nadgradnja ima svojih specificnosti, koje se uz dovoljno umeća projektanta i izvođača mogu efikasno tehnički i investiciono korektno rešiti, dobijajući pri tom stambeni ili poslovni prostor visoke vrednosti. U radu se ukazuje na opštu i specifičnu problematiku kod ovakve izgradnje.

Last floors - Penthouses represent exclusive locations in the world, but on the other hand it is out of control in our country and it is often treated as a bad and temporary accommodation. It ruins the natural beauty and prevents to get the long lasting solutions. The image of the penthouse should be created and it is possible. Yugoslav regulations related to the building physics, thermic and acoustics, treat each new construction in the same way. The type of later construction (construction of a superstructure) is very specific one. The skillful architects and planners could efficiently solve technical and financial problems and it could result in obtaining the living and business accommodation of a high quality. This paper points out at global and specific problems in this type of construction.
