The concept of using ideas from nature as inspiration for innovation and technological development is in focus last decades, while the similar approach can be found in the ancient civilizations. In any kind of such progress it is important to remember the founders and pioneers and to understand their character and the circumstances that push them to go beyond existing knowledge.
