dc.description.abstractU ovom radu su prikazani rezultati ispitivanja korundnog vatrostalnog betona i njegovih varijacija sa (silikatnom prašinom i hemijskim vezivnim sredstvom - Litopix P-56), kao i uticaj pomenutih aditiva na svojstva finalnog kompozita. Pripremljene su tri različite podvrste korundnog betona: prva grupa uzoraka je pripremljena na bazi korunda i kalcijum aluminatnog cementa (CAC), druga podvrsta sa dodatkom hemijskog vezivnog sredstva Litopixa P-56, i treća podvrsta sa dodatkom silikatne prašine. Uzorci su sušeni na 110ºC, a zatim termički tretirani (pečeni) na 350, 600, 900, 1000, 1300 i 1500ºC. Na pomenutim temperaturama su ispitivana mehanička i termo-mehanička svojstva uzoraka vatrostalnih betona. Poroznost je ispitivana pomoću specijalnog kompjuterskog programa za analizu slike (Image Pro Plus), pri čemu je razmatran i uticaj poroznosti na mehanička svojstva materijala (savojnu i pritisnu čvrstoću na hladno, itd). SEM i XRD metode su primenjene za karakterizaciju faza. Primećeno je da korundni beton sa dodatkom slikatne prašine pokazuje bolje svojstva nego druge dve vrste betona, zbog povoljnije prostorne raspodele pora i nastanka novih faza. Cilj ovog rada je da uspostavi korelaciju između karakteristika mikrostrukture i faznog sastava sa mehaničkim svojstvima betona, i da tu korelaciju dokaže primenom kompjuterske metode za analizu slike - Image Pro Plus. .sr
dc.description.abstractThis paper introduces results of the investigation of corundum based refractory concrete and its variations with additives (silica fume and chemical bonding agent - Litopix P-56) and influence of the additives on the properties of the final product. Three types of refractory concrete were prepared: samples containing corundum and calcium-aluminate cement (CAC), samples with addition Litopix P-56, and samples with addition of silica fume. All samples were dried at 110ºC, and afterwards heat-treated at 350, 600, 900, 1000, 1300 and 1500ºC. Mechanical and thermo-mechanical properties were investigated at temperatures previously mentioned. Porosity was investigated using program for image analysis (Image Pro Plus). Effect of porosity on the mechanical properties (cold crushing strength, modulus of rupture, etc.) was observed. Phase characterization was performed using XRD and SEM. It was noticed that corundum concrete with addition of silica fume shows better characteristics than other two types of concrete, because of its distribution of pores and formation of new mineral phases. Aim of this paper is to establish correlation between microstructure and phase composition with mechanical properties, and to prove it using computer method for image analysis - Image Pro Plus. .en
