Abstract
Navarivanje delova izrađenih od sivog liva predstavlja izuzetno težak praktični problem u obezbeđenju njihove funkcionalne ispravnosti nakon reparature. Ovo je posebno izraženo kod delova velikih dimenzija sa značajnim eksploataciskim oštećenjem. U radu je, na osnovu analize mogućnosti i opravdanosti popravke data tehnologija navarivanja turbinske dijafragme izrađene od sivog liva, čije je oštećenje (pohabanost) iznosila od jedne do dve trećine noseće zapremine. Prečnik turbinske dijafragme je f 1570 mm.
Repair welding of the spare parts produced of the gray iron presents very difficult practical problem in order to provide their functional accuracy after repair. This is especially expressed for the large dimension parts with significant exploitation damages. According to analysis of possibilities and necessity of repair, in the paper is given repairing technology for the turbine diaphragms made from gray iron. Its damage is about one to two thirds of the working volume. The turbine diaphragm diameter is f 1570 mm.
